What are you most proud of in your career so far?

Launching the 9051 product! Lots and lots of hard work went into it. We started out making two or three kits per day, and now can make over 300 a day.

What is your favorite thing about working at OMT-Veyhl?

The people I work with. I am surrounded by people willing to teach me new things and help me grow as an engineer.

What does it mean to you to help the company?

Finding solutions that are designed for manufacturing and the customer. I strive to design products in a way that helps our production team and makes things simple for the end user.

What is your favorite hobby to do outside of work?

I enjoy backpacking and spending time outdoors. My favorite place in the world is the upper peninsula, I am headed to Isle Royale for a week this summer.

What is your favorite food? What is your favorite restaurant?

There is a taco place in Grand Haven called Righteous Cuisine. Legendary Barbecue Nachos.

What is your favorite sport to watch? Who are your teams?

Big football fan. I always cheer on my alma mater Hope College. Go Dutch!

What is something that people at work might not know about you?

I collect houseplants – and just rescued a 6 foot tall monstera plant.
