What does it mean to you to help OMT-Veyhl be successful?

The Training & Development department is first and foremost a service department. We value building relationships with our business partners and believe success is defined by upskilling and process improvements. We also get to help the company by driving culture initiatives (C.R.E.A.T.E.). If our contributions positively impact strategic company goals, employment longevity, job satisfaction, and individual growth, we will consider our efforts a success.

What are you most proud of in your career? 

It would be hard to pick only one thing. I am motivated by developing people.

Are you a dog or a cat person?

I am a dog person! I adopted a golden doodle (Marvin) a few weeks ago!

Do you prefer staying up late or waking up early? 

I always appreciate the opportunity to go to bed early! I enjoy early mornings, but there is something amazing about sleeping in on the weekends.

Tell me a fact that most people don’t know about you

I lived in Neuffen, Germany for 3.5 years and I went to kindergarten and 1st grade at a German school. I was able to fluently speak and write Swabian (a variation of the German language). Unfortunately, I did not keep up with the language and lost it (though I do have proof in my home videos).
