What are you most proud of in your career so far?

I am proud to be a real-life example of someone that came in to manufacturing at an entry level and has grown into middle management. I take pride in being an advocate for the team and for people that are taking care of their families. I am most proud to be a role model for my 13-year-old son Geno.

What is your favorite thing about working at OMT-Veyhl? 

The selflessness of my colleagues. Everyone here puts the best interest of the customer first. I want to give a special shout our to 1st and 3rd shift fabrication team!

What does it mean to you to help the company?  

It means everything. It is why I enjoy my career and am so fulfilled being in a leadership role. I’ve experienced many bad manufacturing scenarios, so I empathize with people on what it’s like to have poor leadership. That is what motivates me to grow while helping those that work hard and put in the effort. I try not to overlook those individuals in the company.

Do you have a new year’s resolution?

Fabrication Department hitting 85% minimum schedule attainment for 2024.

What is your favorite food?

Watermelon with Tajin on a hot summer day.

What is something you have always wanted to try or learn? 

I would like to learn how to play piano one day.
